Upon the effective date of this act, Class B6 shall include\n\nthe following criminal offenses:\n\n1. Striking, tormenting, mistreating, or administering a\n\nnonpoisonous desensitizing substance to a police dog or police\n\nhorse, as provided for in subsection A of Section 649.1 of Title 21\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n2. Interfering with the lawful performance of a police dog or\n\npolice horse, as provided for in subsection B of Section 649.1 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n3. Harming, torturing, injuring, disabling, or otherwise\n\nmistreating or killing a service animal during the commission of a\n\nmisdemeanor or felony offense, as provided for in subsection D of\n\nSection 649.3 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n4. Assault, battery, or assault and battery upon a Department\n\nof Corrections employee by a person in the custody of the Department\n\nof Corrections, as provided for in subsection A of Section 650.2 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n5. Assault, battery, or assault and battery upon an employee of\n\na private prison contractor by a person incarcerated in an\n\ninstitution operated by a private prison contractor, as provided for\n\nin subsection B of Section 650.2 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n6. Aggravated assault and battery upon a Department of Human\n\nServices employee or contractor, as provided for in subsection C of\n\nSection 650.2 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n7. Assault, battery, or assault and battery upon an employee of\n\nthe Office of Juvenile Affairs by a person in the custody of the\n\nOffice of Juvenile Affairs, as provided for in subsection D of\n\nSection 650.2 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n8. Assault, battery, or assault and battery upon a medical care\n\nprovider, as provided for in Section 650.4 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n9. Assault, battery, or assault and battery upon an officer of\n\nthe court, witness, or juror, as provided for in subsection B of\n\nSection 650.6 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n10. Aggravated assault and battery upon a school employee, as\n\nprovided for in subsection C of Section 650.7 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n11. Assault, battery, or assault and battery upon an employee\n\nof a facility maintained by the Office of Juvenile Affairs, a\n\nfacility maintained by a private contractor, juvenile detention\n\ncenter, or juvenile bureau, as provided for in Section 650.8 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n12. Throwing, transferring, or placing any feces, urine, semen,\n\nsaliva, or blood upon an employee of the state, a county, or a city,\n\nas provided for in Section 650.9 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n13. Medical battery, as provided for in Section 650.11 of Title\n\n21 of the Oklahoma Statutes; and\n\n14. Child endangerment, as provided for in Section 852.1 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB.
