Stat. tit. 21, § 21-2100.1","heading":"Registered sex offender ice cream truck vending","body":"Any sex offender required to be registered pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Sex Offenders Registration Act who engages in ice cream\n\ntruck vending, whether or not licensed in this state as a mobile\n\nfood unit shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class D1 felony\n\noffense and shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20N of this title, or by a fine\n\nin an amount not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by\n\nboth such fine and imprisonment.
