It shall be unlawful for any person or group of persons to:\n\n1. Willfully and knowingly enter or remain in any posted,\n\ncordoned off, or otherwise restricted area of a building or grounds\n\nwhere the Governor, any member of the immediate family of the\n\nGovernor, the Lieutenant Governor, or other state official being\n\nprovided protection by the Department of Public Safety is or will be\n\ntemporarily visiting;\n\n2. Willfully and knowingly enter or remain in any posted,\n\ncordoned off, or otherwise restricted area of a building or grounds\n\nthe use of which is restricted in conjunction with an event\n\ndesignated as a special event of national or state significance;\n\n3. Willfully and knowingly, enter with the intent to impede or\n\nto disrupt the orderly conduct of government business or official\n\nfunctions in or within close proximity to any building or grounds,\n\nas described in paragraph 1 or 2 of this subsection, or to engage in\n\ndisorderly or disruptive conduct in or within close proximity to any\n\nbuilding or grounds, as described in paragraph 1 or 2 of this\n\nsubsection, which results in the impeding or disruption of the\n\norderly conduct of government business or official functions;\n\n4. Willfully and knowingly obstruct or to impede ingress or\n\negress to or from any building or grounds, as described in paragraph\n\n1 or 2 of this subsection; or\n\n5. Willfully and knowingly engage in any act or acts of\n\nphysical violence against any person or property in any building or\n\ngrounds, as described in paragraph 1 or 2 of this subsection.\n\nB. Violation of this section and attempts or conspiracies to\n\ncommit such violations shall, upon conviction, be :\n\n1. A Class C2 felony offense punishable by a fine of One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or imprisonment as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20M of this title, or by both\n\nfine and imprisonment, if:\n\na. the person, during and in relation to the offense,\n\nuses or carries a deadly or dangerous weapon or\n\nfirearm, or\n\nb. the offense results in great bodily injury, as defined\n\nby Section 646 of this title, to any other person; or\n\n2. A Class D3 felony offense punishable by a fine of Five\n\nHundred Dollars ($500.00), or imprisonment as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20P of this title, or by both\n\nfine and imprisonment, in any other case.\n\nC. Violation of this section, and attempts or conspiracies to\n\ncommit such violations, shall be prosecuted by the district attorney\n\nin the district court having jurisdiction of the place where the\n\noffense occurred.\n\nD.
