Stat. tit. 21, § 21-306","heading":"Altering draft bill","body":"Any person who fraudulently alters the draft of any bill or\n\nresolution which has been presented to either of the houses\n\ncomposing the Legislature, to be passed or adopted, with intent to\n\nprocure it to be passed or adopted by either house, or certified by\n\nthe presiding officer of either house, in language different from\n\nthat intended by such house shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a\n\nClass D3 felony offense and shall be punished as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20P of this title.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2168.
