Stat. tit. 21, § 21-307","heading":"Altering engrossed copy of bill","body":"Any person who fraudulently alters the engrossed copy or\n\nenrollment of any bill which has been passed by the Legislature,\n\nwith intent to procure it to be approved by the Governor or\n\ncertified by the Secretary of State, or printed or published by the\n\nprinter of the statutes in language different from that in which it\n\nwas passed by the Legislature shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a\n\nClass D3 felony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as\n\nprovided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of this\n\ntitle.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2169.
