Stat. tit. 21, § 21-334","heading":"Compensation contingent upon influencing official action","body":"or legislation.\n\nNo person may retain or employ a lobbyist, as defined in Section\n\n4249 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes, for compensation\n\ncontingent in whole or in part on the passage or defeat of any\n\nofficial action or the approval or veto of any legislation, issuance\n\nof an executive order or approval or denial of a pardon or parole by\n\nthe Governor. No lobbyist may accept any employment or render any\n\nservice for compensation contingent on the passage or defeat of any\n\nlegislation or the approval or veto of any legislation by the\n\nGovernor.
