Any person, firm, corporation, association or agency found\n\nguilty of violating subsection A of Section 358 of this title shall\n\nbe guilty of a Class D1 felony offense punishable by a fine not\n\nexceeding Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or by imprisonment as\n\nprovided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of this\n\ntitle, or by both such fine and imprisonment.\n\nB.
