Stat. tit. 21, § 21-360","heading":"Coercing political participation of state employees","body":"No public employee or public official, as defined in Section 304\n\nof Title 51 of the Oklahoma Statutes, shall directly or indirectly\n\ncoerce, attempt to coerce, command, advise or direct any state\n\nemployee to pay, lend or contribute any part of his or her salary or\n\ncompensation, time, effort or anything else of value to any party,\n\ncommittee, organization, agency or person for political purposes.\n\nNo public employee or official shall retaliate against any employee\n\nfor exercising his or her rights or for not participating in\n\npermitted political activities as provided in Ethics Commission Rule\n\n10-1-4.
