Any fiduciary who, with a corrupt intent and without the\n\nconsent of his beneficiary, intentionally or knowingly solicits,\n\naccepts, or agrees to accept any bribe from another person with the\n\nagreement or understanding that the bribe as defined by law will\n\ninfluence the conduct of the fiduciary in relation to the affairs of\n\nhis beneficiary, upon conviction, is guilty of a Class C2 felony\n\noffense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B\n\nthrough F of Section 20M of this title, or by a fine not to exceed\n\nFive Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) or an amount fixed by the court\n\nnot to exceed twice the value of the benefit gained from the bribe,\n\nor by both said imprisonment and fine.\n\nB. Any person who offers, confers, or agrees to confer any\n\nbribe the acceptance of which is an offense pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of subsection A of this section, upon conviction, is\n\nguilty of a Class C2 felony offense punishable by imprisonment as\n\nprovided for in subsections B through F of Section 20M of this\n\ntitle, or by a fine not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00),\n\nor both.\n\nC. As used in subsection A of this section:\n\n1. “Beneficiary” means any person for whom a fiduciary is\n\nacting;\n\n2. “Fiduciary” means:\n\na. an agent or employee, or\n\nb. a trustee, guardian, custodian, administrator,\n\nexecutor, conservator, receiver, or similar fiduciary,\n\nor\n\nc. a lawyer, physician, accountant, appraiser, or other\n\nprofessional advisor, or\n\nd. an officer, director, partner, manager, or other\n\nparticipant in the direction of the affairs of a\n\ncorporation or association.","path":["OK Code","Title 21"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os21.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"188867110e577ee5af527ef7b0351bb65764fffb2108045fc2a94b1a8b878375","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-375","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-380.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
