Stat. tit. 21, § 21-381","heading":"Bribing officers","body":"Whoever corruptly gives, offers, or promises to any executive,\n\nlegislative, county, municipal, judicial, or other public officer,\n\nor any employee of the State of Oklahoma or any political\n\nsubdivision thereof, including peace officers and any other law\n\nenforcement officer, or any person assuming to act as such officer,\n\nafter his election or appointment, either before or after he has\n\nqualified or has taken his seat, any gift or gratuity whatever, with\n\nintent to influence his act, vote, opinion, decision, or judgment on\n\nany matter, question, cause, or proceeding which then may be\n\npending, or may by law come or be brought before him in his official\n\ncapacity, or as a consideration for any speech, work, or service in\n\nconnection therewith, shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense\n\npunishable by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through\n\nF of Section 20N of this title, or by a fine not exceeding Three\n\nThousand Dollars ($3,000.00) and imprisonment in jail not exceeding\n\none (1) year.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2183.
