Stat. tit. 21, § 21-399","heading":"Athletic contests - Bribery of participants, officials,","body":"etc.\n\nWhoever corruptly gives, offers or promises any gift, gratuity\n\nor thing of value to any player, participant, coach, referee,\n\numpire, official or any other person having authority in connection\n\nwith the conducting of any amateur or professional athletic contest\n\nwith the intent to influence the action, conduct, judgment, or\n\ndecision of any such person in, or in connection with, such contest,\n\nor as a consideration for such person acting, playing or performing\n\nhis functions in any such contest, in any manner calculated to\n\naffect the result thereof, or in consideration of such person\n\nfailing to participate or engage in such contest, shall be deemed\n\nguilty of bribery, and upon conviction shall be guilty of a Class D1\n\nfelony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20N of this title, or by a fine\n\nof not to exceed Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) and imprisonment\n\nin the county jail for not to exceed one (1) year.","path":["OK Code","Title 21"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os21.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"dcedd2fb2ed927a1615b7995faaa53af6fe7f53041b9ec2366fd995022398806","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-390","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
