Stat. tit. 21, § 21-400","heading":"Acceptance of bribe by participant, official, etc","body":"Every player, participant, coach, umpire, referee or other\n\nperson having or exercising authority in connection with the\n\nconducting of any amateur or professional athletic contest, who\n\ncorruptly accepts or requests a gift or gratuity or a promise of any\n\nsuch gift or gratuity, or any other thing of value, or the\n\nperformance of an act beneficial to any such person in consideration\n\nof such person performing any act or making any judgment or\n\ndecision, or in consideration of such person playing or making\n\ndecisions or judgments or conducting such athletic contest, in a\n\nmanner intended or calculated to affect or change the result of such\n\nathletic contest, or in consideration of such person failing to\n\nparticipate or engage in any such contest, shall be deemed guilty of\n\na Class D3 felony offense and upon conviction shall be punished by\n\nimprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section\n\n20P of this title, or by a fine of not to exceed Three Thousand\n\nDollars ($3,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.","path":["OK Code","Title 21"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os21.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"65a996cba9ad1786fba741be3f69044104717ea158d5fc1bdee5572eb4d6d348","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-4","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-401"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
