Stat. tit. 21, § 21-425v1","heading":"Engaging or conspiring to engage in pattern of criminal","body":"offenses.\n\nA. Any person who engages in a pattern of criminal offenses in\n\ntwo or more counties or municipalities in this state or who attempts\n\nor conspires with others to engage in a pattern of criminal offenses\n\nshall, upon conviction, be punished by imprisonment in the\n\nDepartment of Corrections for a term not exceeding two (2) years, or\n\nimprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding one (1)\n\nyear, or by a fine of not more than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars\n\n($25,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment. Such\n\npunishment shall be in addition to any penalty imposed for any\n\noffense involved in the pattern of criminal offenses. Double\n\njeopardy shall attach upon conviction.\n\nB. For purposes of this section and Section 125.1 of Title 22\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes, “pattern of criminal offenses” means:\n\n1. Two or more criminal offenses are committed that are part of\n\nthe same plan, scheme, or adventure;\n\n2. A sequence of two or more of the same criminal offenses are\n\ncommitted and are not separated by an interval of more than thirty\n\n(30) days between the first and second offense, the second and\n\nthird, and so on; or\n\n3. Two or more criminal offenses are committed, each proceeding\n\nfrom or having as an antecedent element a single prior incident or\n\npattern of fraud, robbery, burglary, theft, identity theft, receipt\n\nof stolen property, false personation, false pretenses, obtaining\n\nproperty by trick or deception, taking a credit or debit card\n\nwithout consent, or the making, transferring, or receiving of a\n\nfalse or fraudulent identification card.\n\nC.
