Stat. tit. 21, § 21-438","heading":"Carrying into prison things to aid escape","body":"Any person who carries or sends into any prison anything useful\n\nto aid any prisoner in making his escape, with intent thereby to\n\nfacilitate the escape of any prisoner confined therein, is\n\npunishable as follows:\n\n1. If such prisoner was confined upon any charge or conviction\n\nof felony, the person shall be guilty of a Class C1 felony offense\n\npunishable by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through\n\nE of Section 20L of this title.\n\n2. If such prisoner was confined otherwise than upon a charge\n\nor conviction of felony, the person shall be guilty of a Class D3\n\nfelony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20P of this title, or by a fine\n\nof Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or both.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2202.
