Any law enforcement agency or public safety entity,\n\nincluding, but not limited to, the Oklahoma State Bureau of\n\nInvestigation, Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous\n\nDrugs Control, Department of Public Safety and Oklahoma Military\n\nDepartment, conducting a criminal investigation shall be prohibited\n\nfrom disclosing information about the investigation unless the\n\ndisclosure is necessary to gather information and evidence related\n\nto the investigation. Disclosures authorized by the Oklahoma Open\n\nRecords Act, Section 24A.1 et seq. of Title 51 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, shall not be prohibited under this section.\n\nB.
