It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully fortify an\n\naccess point into any dwelling, structure, building or other place\n\nwhere a felony offense prohibited by the Uniform Controlled\n\nDangerous Substances Act is being committed, or attempted, and the\n\nfortification is for the purpose of preventing or delaying entry or\n\naccess by a law enforcement officer, or to harm or injure a law\n\nenforcement officer in the performance of official duties.\n\nB. For purposes of this section, “fortify an access point”\n\nmeans to willfully construct, install, position, use or hold any\n\nmaterial or device designed to injure a person upon entry or to\n\nstrengthen, defend, restrict or obstruct any door, window or other\n\nopening into a dwelling, structure, building or other place to any\n\nextent beyond the security provided by a commercial alarm system,\n\nlock or deadbolt, or a combination of alarm, lock or deadbolt.\n\nC.
