As used in this section:\n\n1. \"First responder\" shall include a peace officer as defined\n\nin Section 99 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, a correctional\n\nor probation and parole officer, and an emergency medical technician\n\nor emergency medical care provider; and\n\n2. \"Harass\" means to willfully engage in a course of conduct\n\ndirected at a first responder which intentionally distracts the\n\nfirst responder from performing his or her official duties and\n\nserves no legitimate purpose.\n\nB. It shall be unlawful for a person, after receiving a verbal\n\nwarning not to approach from a person he or she knows or reasonably\n\nshould know is a first responder, who is engaged in the lawful\n\nperformance of a legal duty, to knowingly and willfully violate such\n\nwarning and approach or remain within twenty-five (25) feet of the\n\nfirst responder with the intent to:\n\n1. Impede or interfere with the ability of the first responder\n\nto perform such duty;\n\n2. Threaten the first responder with physical harm; or\n\n3. Harass the first responder.\n\nC.
