Any superintendent or school administrator of a private\n\nschool or public school district who knowingly and willfully fails\n\nto promptly report or who interferes with the prompt reporting of\n\nchild abuse and neglect, as mandated in Section 1210.163 of Title 70\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a\n\nfelony punishable by imprisonment in the Department of Corrections\n\nfor a term of not less than two (2) years or more than ten (10)\n\nyears, or by a fine of not less than Twenty Thousand Dollars\n\n($20,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment. In addition,\n\nthe court shall require the person to complete a term of community\n\nservice, without compensation, for a period of hours to be\n\ndetermined by the court.\n\nB.
