Stat. tit. 21, § 21-61.3","heading":"Parole - Revocation - Relinquishment of custody","body":"When a defendant is on parole from a sentence rendered by an\n\nOklahoma state court and is also under sentence from a federal court\n\nor another state's court, the Governor may revoke the defendant's\n\nparole and direct that custody of the defendant be relinquished to\n\nthe federal or another state's authorities and that such parole\n\nrevocation may run concurrently with the federal or another state's\n\nsentence which has been imposed.
