Stat. tit. 21, § 21-741","heading":"Kidnapping defined","body":"Any person who, without lawful authority, seizes, confines,\n\ninveigles, decoys, kidnaps, abducts, or carries away another, with\n\nintent, either:\n\n1. To cause such other person to be confined or imprisoned in\n\nthis state against the will of the other person; or\n\n2. To cause such other person to be sent out of this state\n\nagainst the will of the other person; or\n\n3. To cause such person to be sold as a slave, or in any way\n\nheld to service against the will of such person,\n\nshall be guilty of a Class B2 felony offense punishable by\n\nimprisonment in the custody of the Department of Corrections for a\n\nterm not exceeding twenty (20) years. Upon any trial for a\n\nviolation of this section, the consent thereto of the person\n\nkidnapped or confined, shall not be a defense, unless it appears\n\nsatisfactorily to the jury, that such person was above the age of\n\ntwelve (12) years, and that such consent was not extorted by threat,\n\nor by duress.\n\nExcept for persons sentenced to life or life without parole, on\n\nand after the effective date of this act, any person sentenced to\n\nimprisonment for a violation of this section and the offense\n\ninvolved sexual abuse or sexual exploitation, shall be required to\n\nserve a term of post-imprisonment supervision pursuant to\n\nsubparagraph f of paragraph 1 of subsection A of Section 991a of\n\nTitle 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes under conditions determined by the\n\nDepartment of Corrections.
