There is hereby created a statewide \"Human Trafficking\n\nAwareness and Education Program\". The Director of the Human\n\nTrafficking Response Unit within the Office of the Attorney General\n\nshall develop, promote, and coordinate a public awareness program to\n\nbe utilized by law enforcement agencies, communities, and local\n\nschools and school districts throughout the State of Oklahoma.\n\nB. The Human Trafficking Awareness and Education Program shall\n\ninclude:\n\n1. Objective criteria, guidelines, and a comprehensive\n\nintegrated curriculum for human trafficking programs;\n\n2. Establish and review annually model policies for human\n\ntrafficking issues;\n\n3. Develop and implement guidelines, strategies, and criteria\n\nwhich encourage all schools to be trained in human trafficking\n\nawareness and prevention, and recognizing tactics used by\n\ntraffickers to recruit victims through social media, gaming\n\nplatforms, and any other digital spaces; and\n\n4. Develop and implement guidelines, strategies, and criteria\n\nto require all law enforcement agencies within this state to be\n\ntrained in human trafficking awareness and prevention, and\n\nrecognizing tactics used by traffickers to recruit victims through\n\nsocial media, gaming platforms, and any other digital spaces.\n\nC. Final determination of the materials created and produced by\n\nthe Human Trafficking Response Unit to be used and the means of\n\nimplementation of the curriculum shall be made by the Director of\n\nthe Human Trafficking Response Unit.\n\nD.
