Stat. tit. 21, § 21-748.3","heading":"Victims of Human Trafficking and Prevention Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Office of the Attorney General to be designated the\n\n\"Victims of Human Trafficking and Prevention Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received from penalties\n\nimposed by the courts on convictions of human trafficking violations\n\nand funds received from any other source, including legislative\n\nappropriations. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Office\n\nof the Attorney General for the purposes provided in subsection B of\n\nthis section. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon\n\nwarrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nB. The purposes of the fund include, but are not limited to:\n\n1. Educating the public about the recruitment, trafficking, and\n\nexploitation of persons through human trafficking;\n\n2. Assisting in the prevention of recruitment in schools of\n\nminors for exploitation;\n\n3. Establishing a survivors' resource center to make\n\ninformation available to survivors of human trafficking about\n\nservices and resources, including legal services, social services,\n\nsafe harbors, safe houses, and language services;\n\n4. Assisting in the coordination between law enforcement\n\nagencies and service providers; and\n\n5.
