Stat. tit. 21, § 21-843.3","heading":"Abuse, sexual abuse, exploitation, or neglect of","body":"vulnerable adult.\n\nA. Any person who engages in abuse, sexual abuse, or\n\nexploitation of a vulnerable adult, as defined in Section 10-103 of\n\nTitle 43A of the Oklahoma Statutes, shall be guilty of a Class B4\n\nfelony offense. The person, upon conviction, shall be fined not\n\nmore than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or be imprisoned in the\n\ncustody of the Department of Corrections for a term of not more than\n\ntwo (2) years, or both such fine and imprisonment.\n\nB. Any person who has a responsibility to care for a vulnerable\n\nadult as defined by Section 10-103 of Title 43A of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes who purposely, knowingly or recklessly neglects the\n\nvulnerable adult shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense. The\n\nperson, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than Ten Thousand\n\nDollars ($10,000.00), or be imprisoned as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, or both such fine and imprisonment.\n\nC.
