Stat. tit. 21, § 21-856.1","heading":"Causing, aiding, abetting or encouraging minor to","body":"participate in certain drug-related crimes.\n\nEvery person who shall knowingly, intentionally or willfully\n\ncause, aid, abet or encourage a minor child to:\n\n1. Distribute, dispense, possess or manufacture a controlled\n\ndangerous substance, as provided in the Uniform Controlled Dangerous\n\nSubstances Act, Section 2-101 et seq. of Title 63 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n2. Create, distribute, or possess a counterfeit controlled\n\ndangerous substance, as defined by Section 2-101 of Title 63 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n3. Distribute any imitation controlled substance as defined by\n\nSection 2-101 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n4. Conspire or participate in any scheme, plan or act for the\n\npurposes of avoiding, eluding or evading arrest or detection by law\n\nenforcement authorities for crimes involving controlled substances\n\nas defined by Section 2-101 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes; or\n\n5. Violate any penal provisions of the Uniform Controlled\n\nDangerous Substances Act,\n\nshall be guilty of a Class B2 felony offense punishable by\n\nimprisonment in the State Penitentiary for a term not more than\n\ntwenty (20) years and a fine of not more than Two Hundred Thousand\n\nDollars ($200,000.00).
