Stat. tit. 21, § 21-856.3v1","heading":"Gang related offenses - Condition of membership","body":"Any person who attempts or commits a gang-related offense as a\n\ncondition of membership in a criminal street gang or while in\n\nassociation with any criminal street gang or gang member shall be\n\nguilty of a felony offense punishable upon conviction by\n\nimprisonment in the custody of the Department of Corrections for a\n\nterm of five (5) years, which shall be in addition to any other\n\npenalty imposed.
