Stat. tit. 21, § 21-856.3v2","heading":"Gang related offenses - Condition of membership","body":"Any person who attempts or commits a gang-related offense as a\n\ncondition of membership in a criminal street gang or while in\n\nassociation with any criminal street gang or gang member shall be\n\nguilty of a Class B5 felony offense. Upon conviction, the violator\n\nshall be punished by incarceration in the custody of the Department\n\nof Corrections for a term of five (5) years, which shall be in\n\naddition to any other penalty imposed.
