The first conviction of the crime of trafficking in children\n\nby any person shall be a felony and punishable by imprisonment in\n\nthe custody of the Department of Corrections for not less than one\n\n(1) year nor for more than three (3) years.\n\nB. Conviction of the crime of trafficking in children,\n\nsubsequent to a prior conviction for such offense in any form, shall\n\nbe a felony and punishable by imprisonment in the custody of the\n\nDepartment of Corrections for not less than three (3) years. No\n\nsuspension of judgment or sentence shall be permitted.\n\nC. Except for persons sentenced to life or life without parole,\n\nany person sentenced to imprisonment for two (2) years or more for a\n\nviolation of this section shall be required to serve a term of post-\n\nimprisonment supervision pursuant to subparagraph f of paragraph 1\n\nof subsection A of Section 991a of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes\n\nunder conditions determined by the Department of Corrections.
