Every person having reason to believe that a person or\n\nchild-placing agency is engaging in the crime of trafficking in\n\nchildren as described in Section 866 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes shall report the matter promptly to the Oklahoma Bureau of\n\nNarcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control. The Bureau shall notify the\n\ndistrict attorney in the county where the alleged trafficking in\n\nchildren took place no later than seven (7) days after receiving a\n\nreport.\n\n1. No privilege or contract shall relieve any person from the\n\nreporting requirements in this subsection.\n\n2. The reporting requirements in this subsection are\n\nindividual, and no employer, supervisor or administrator shall\n\ninterfere with the reporting requirement of any employee or other\n\nperson or in any manner discriminate or retaliate against the\n\nemployee or other person who in good faith reports suspected\n\ntrafficking in children, or who provides testimony in any proceeding\n\ninvolving trafficking in children. Any employer, supervisor or\n\nadministrator who discharges, discriminates or retaliates against\n\nthe employee or other person shall be liable for damages, costs and\n\nattorney fees.\n\nB.
