Stat. tit. 21, § 21-871","heading":"Adultery defined - Who may institute prosecution","body":"Adultery is the unlawful voluntary sexual intercourse of a\n\nmarried person with one of the opposite sex; and when the crime is\n\nbetween persons, only one of whom is married, both are guilty of\n\nadultery.
