Stat. tit. 21, § 21-885","heading":"Incest","body":"Persons who, being within the degrees of consanguinity within\n\nwhich marriages are by the laws of the state declared incestuous and\n\nvoid, intermarry with each other, or commit adultery or fornication\n\nwith each other, shall be guilty of a Class B4 felony offense\n\npunishable by imprisonment in the custody of the Department of\n\nCorrections not exceeding ten (10) years. Except for persons\n\nsentenced to life or life without parole, any person sentenced to\n\nimprisonment for two (2) years or more for a violation of this\n\nsubsection shall be required to serve a term of post-imprisonment\n\nsupervision pursuant to subparagraph f of paragraph 1 of subsection\n\nA of Section 991a of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes under\n\nconditions determined by the Department of Corrections. The jury\n\nshall be advised that the mandatory post-imprisonment supervision\n\nshall be in addition to the actual imprisonment.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2443. Amended by Laws 1997, c. 133, § 262, eff.
