Stat. tit. 21, § 21-891","heading":"Child stealing - Penalty","body":"Whoever maliciously, forcibly or fraudulently takes or entices\n\naway any child under the age of sixteen (16) years, with intent to\n\ndetain or conceal such child from its parent, guardian or other\n\nperson having the lawful charge of such child or to transport such\n\nchild from the jurisdiction of this state or the United States\n\nwithout the consent of the person having lawful charge of such child\n\nshall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class B4 felony offense\n\npunishable by imprisonment in the custody of the Department of\n\nCorrections not exceeding ten (10) years.\n\nExcept for persons sentenced to life or life without parole, any\n\nperson sentenced to imprisonment for two (2) years or more for a\n\nviolation of this section and the offense involved sexual abuse or\n\nsexual exploitation, shall be required to serve a term of post-\n\nimprisonment supervision pursuant to subparagraph f of paragraph 1\n\nof subsection A of Section 991a of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes\n\nunder conditions determined by the Department of Corrections.
