The term \"motor vehicle\" as used in this act shall mean\n\nevery vehicle intended primarily for use and operation on the public\n\nhighways, which is self-propelled; and every vehicle intended\n\nprimarily for operation on the public highways which is not driven\n\nor propelled by its own power, but which is designed either to be\n\nattached to or become a part of a self-propelled vehicle; but not\n\nincluding farm tractors and other machines and tools used in the\n\nproduction, harvesting and care of farm products.\n\nB.
