Stat. tit. 21, § 21-918","heading":"Sale, barter or exchange of motor vehicles on Sunday","body":"prohibited - Activities exempt.\n\nNo person, firm, or corporation, whether owner, proprietor,\n\nagent, or employee, shall keep open, operate, or assist in keeping\n\nopen or operating any place or premises or residences whether open\n\nor closed, for the purpose of selling, bartering, or exchanging, or\n\noffering for sale, barter, or exchange, any motor vehicle or motor\n\nvehicles, whether new, used, or secondhand, on the first day of the\n\nweek, commonly called Sunday, except as otherwise provided in this\n\nsection; and provided, however, that Sections 917 through 919 of\n\nthis title shall not apply to the opening of an establishment or\n\nplace of business on the first day of the week for other purposes,\n\nsuch as the sale of petroleum products, tires, automobile\n\naccessories, or for the purpose of operating and conducting a motor\n\nvehicle repair shop, or for the purpose of supplying such services\n\nas towing or wrecking.
