Stat. tit. 21, § 21-948","heading":"Officers - Illegal gambling - Collusion - Penalties","body":"Any state, district, city, town, county or township officer who\n\nshall engage or participate in, or who shall assist or encourage any\n\nother person or persons in any kind of illegal gambling, whether the\n\nsame be by cards, dice, dominoes, billiards or any game of chance or\n\na gambling device, by betting money, property or other things of\n\nvalue in such game of chance, or gambling device, such officer shall\n\nbe deemed guilty of a Class C2 felony offense, and upon conviction\n\nshall be punished by a fine of not less than Five Hundred Dollars\n\n($500.00) nor more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or by\n\nimprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section\n\n20M of this title, and such judgment of conviction shall carry with\n\nit an immediate removal from office and a disqualification to hold\n\nany office of profit or trust in the State of Oklahoma.","path":["OK Code","Title 21"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os21.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0b9aa676d3311feb6d549974ef6550c92c3780230d7f6a5f944f4a89781db348","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-947","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-95"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
