Stat. tit. 21, § 21-954","heading":"Confidence games - Three-card monte","body":"Any person who deals, plays or practices in the State of\n\nOklahoma, or who is in any manner accessory to the dealing, playing\n\nor practicing of a swindle known as three-card monte, or any other\n\nswindle or confidence game, play or practice, shall be deemed guilty\n\nof a Class D1 felony offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be\n\npunished by a fine of not less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)\n\nnor more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by confinement\n\nas provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of this\n\ntitle.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2500.
