Permitting premises to be used for commercial gambling is\n\nintentionally:\n\n1. Granting the use or allowing the continued use of a place as\n\na gambling place; or\n\n2. Permitting another to set up a gambling device for use in a\n\nplace under the offender's control.\n\nB. Any person permitting premises to be used for commercial\n\ngambling shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
