Stat. tit. 22, § 22-107","heading":"Offenses during riot or insurrection","body":"A person who, after the publication of a proclamation by the\n\nGovernor or acting Governor, or who, after lawful notice as\n\naforesaid to disperse and retire, resists or aids in resisting the\n\nexecution of process in a county declared to be in a state of riot\n\nor insurrection, or who aids or attempts the rescue or escape of\n\nanother from lawful custody or confinement, or who resists or aids\n\nin resisting a force ordered out by the Governor or any civil\n\nofficer as aforesaid, to quell or suppress an insurrection or riot,\n\nis guilty of a Class A2 felony offense, and is punishable by\n\nimprisonment in the state prison for not less than two (2) years.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 5591.
