Stat. tit. 22, § 22-1089.7","heading":"Appeal to Court of Criminal Appeals - Bail - Review","body":"In the event the state's application to appeal is denied and the\n\nassigned judge affirms the magistrate's ruling or order, that ruling\n\nor order shall be appealable to the Court of Criminal Appeals.\n\nDuring the pendency of any such appeal, the assigned judge shall\n\nadmit the defendant to bail upon his own recognizance.
