Stat. tit. 22, § 22-1095","heading":"Compact administrator","body":"Upon the effectiveness of the Interstate Compact for Interstate\n\nAdult Offender Supervision through adoption by thirty-five states,\n\nthe Council shall employ a compact administrator to oversee the\n\norganization and activities of the Council and to administer this\n\nstate’s participation in the Compact, subject to the Council’s\n\ndirection. The compact administrator shall serve as this state’s\n\ncommissioner on the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender\n\nSupervision. In the event the compact administrator cannot attend a\n\nmeeting of the Interstate Commission, the Council shall appoint a\n\nCouncil member to represent this state at the meeting. The salary\n\nof the compact administrator shall be set by law.
