Stat. tit. 22, § 22-1111.2","heading":"Failure to appear for arraignment","body":"The arresting officer shall indicate on the citation the date of\n\nthe arraignment, and the defendant shall appear in person or by\n\ncounsel at the stated time and place for arraignment. If the\n\ndefendant fails to appear in court in person or by counsel for\n\narraignment on the charge against him, or fails to arrange with the\n\ncourt within the time designated on the citation for a future\n\nappearance, the cash bail, if cash bail has been deposited by the\n\ndefendant, shall be forfeited. If a license to operate a motor\n\nvehicle has been deposited under subsection (b) of Section 1111 of\n\nthis title, the court clerk shall immediately forward to Service\n\nOklahoma the operator’s license attached to an official notification\n\nform furnished by Service Oklahoma, advising that the defendant\n\nfailed to appear; in addition, on motion of the district attorney,\n\nthe court shall issue a bench warrant for the arrest of the\n\ndefendant. If a license has been deposited under subsection (a) of\n\nSection 1111 of this title and the out-of-state defendant’s personal\n\ncheck is not honored, the court clerk shall immediately forward to\n\nService Oklahoma the license stating that the check has not been\n\nhonored. If bail has been forfeited, on motion of the district\n\nattorney, the court shall issue a bench warrant.
