Stat. tit. 22, § 22-1122","heading":"Reward for arrest and conviction of person committing","body":"felony.\n\nThe Governor is hereby authorized in his discretion to offer a\n\nreward of not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for the\n\narrest and conviction of any person who commits or attempts to\n\ncommit any felony. Such reward may be paid to any officer, agency\n\nor person who makes such arrest and conviction is secured.
