Upon referral of a complaint to the Bogus Check Restitution\n\nProgram, a notice of the complaint shall be forwarded by mail to the\n\ndefendant.\n\nB. The notice shall contain:\n\n1. The date and amount of the check;\n\n2. The name of the payee;\n\n3. The date before which the defendant must contact the office\n\nof the district attorney concerning the complaint; and\n\n4.
