Stat. tit. 22, § 22-1141.18","heading":"Forfeiture of bail","body":"If the prisoner is admitted to bail, and fails to appear and\n\nsurrender himself according to the conditions of his bond, the\n\njudge, or magistrate by proper order, shall declare the bond\n\nforfeited and order his immediate arrest without warrant if he be\n\nwithin this state.
