District attorneys shall prepare and submit an annual report\n\nto the District Attorneys Council showing total deposits and total\n\nexpenditures in the Bogus Check Restitution Program.\n\nB. By September 15 of each year, the District Attorneys Council\n\nshall publish an annual report for the previous fiscal year of the\n\nBogus Check Restitution Program. A copy of the report shall be\n\ndistributed to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the\n\nSpeaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives and the chairmen of\n\nthe House and Senate Appropriations Committees. Each district\n\nattorney shall submit information requested by the District\n\nAttorneys Council regarding the Bogus Check Restitution Program.\n\nThis report shall include the number of checks processed and the\n\ntotal dollar amount of such checks, the number of checks for which\n\nsome restitution was made and the total amount of the restitution,\n\nthe total amount of fees collected, the total cost of the program,\n\nand such other information as required by the District Attorneys\n\nCouncil.
