After the expiration of\n\nthese times respectively, the warrant, unless executed, is void.\n\nProvided, if the search warrant authorizes a forensic, scientific or\n\ndigital analysis of items or samples already in the custody of law\n\nenforcement, the search shall be commenced within a reasonable time\n\nand the return shall be made within ten (10) days following the\n\ncompletion of said search.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 6069.
