Stat. tit. 22, § 22-126","heading":"Kidnapping, enticing away children and similar offenses,","body":"jurisdiction.\n\nThe jurisdiction of an indictment or information:\n\n1. For forcibly and without lawful authority seizing and\n\nconfining another, or inveigling or kidnapping the person, with\n\nintent, against his or her will, to cause the person to be secretly\n\nconfined or imprisoned in this state, or to be sent out of the\n\nstate, or from one county to another;\n\n2. For decoying or taking or enticing away a child under the\n\nage of twelve (12) years, with intent to detain and conceal the\n\nchild from his or her parents, guardian, or other person having\n\nlawful charge of the child;\n\n3. For the inveigling, enticing, or taking away an unmarried\n\nfemale of previous chaste character, under the age of twenty-one\n\n(21) years, for the purpose of prostitution; or\n\n4.
