Stat. tit. 22, § 22-1261","heading":"Seized property - Report and disposition","body":"In all cases where wines, whiskey, beer or other intoxicating\n\nliquors mentioned in the Constitution or laws of this state or any\n\npersonal property used for the purpose of violating any of the\n\nprohibitory liquor laws or gambling laws of this state, shall be\n\nseized by any officer or person with or without a search warrant,\n\nsuch officer or person is hereby required within five (5) days to\n\nmake a written report under oath and file the same with the court\n\nclerk of the proper or respective county where the same shall be so\n\nseized, which report shall in detail state the name of the officer\n\nor person making the seizure, the place where seized and an\n\ninventory of the property, articles or intoxicating liquors so taken\n\ninto possession until the same shall be destroyed pursuant to the\n\norders of the court.
