Sections 1355 through 1369 of this title shall be known and\n\nmay be cited as the \"Indigent Defense Act\".\n\nB. The Oklahoma Indigent Defense System is hereby created, to\n\nprovide counsel in cases, as provided in the Indigent Defense Act,\n\nin which the defendant is indigent and unable to employ counsel.\n\nC.
