As used in the Indigent Defense Act:\n\n1. \"Board\" means the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System Board;\n\n2. \"Executive Director\" means the chief executive officer of\n\nthe Oklahoma Indigent Defense System; and\n\n3. \"System\" means the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System.\n\nB.
