Stat. tit. 22, § 22-1362","heading":"Transmission of records","body":"The district court clerks for each county shall transmit one\n\ncertified copy of the original record for each appeal authorized by\n\nthe Indigent Defense Act directly to the Oklahoma Indigent Defense\n\nSystem as soon as possible after the filing of the notice of intent\n\nto appeal and the order appointing the System, unless additional\n\ncopies are requested, not to exceed three copies. One certified\n\ncopy of all transcripts, records and exhibits designated shall be\n\ntransmitted for each authorized appeal by the district court clerk\n\nto the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System within the time limits as\n\nestablished by the Rules of the Court of Criminal Appeals and\n\napplicable statutes, unless additional copies are requested, not to\n\nexceed three copies. The System attorney is hereby authorized to\n\nsupplement the designation of record as filed by the trial counsel\n\nby filing a written supplemental designation of record.
